Less is more.
There is a business management strategy that focuses on Lean processes with the belief that less is more. The aim is to reduce wasted resources and time while still delivering on your promise. And the truth about this methodology is that by streamlining and improving processes you also increase quality. Defects and other mistakes have significant costs. Less is more.
More is less.
Being big and cumbersome is not efficient and often leads to lower quality products and services. Being overweight is not healthy. Having too expensive and indulgent a lifestyle is not good for the bottom line. Being arrogant and reckless is foolish. The only thing we want more of are the intangibles like peace, happiness, fulfillment, and love.
More or less.
We all 'more or less' get this concept. Why don't we choose to live by it? All around is evidence of seeking more and getting less. As individuals and a society we could use a little help. How can you get more of what you really want and less of what you don't? More or less, it's up to you.
