Coach & Mentor
As a coach and mentor, I work with young and old to help you be your best and learn to achieve more with less stress and strain. How can you get more with less?
Like hitting the sweet spot on your tennis racket the greatest power is found not in strength, but in accuracy. Too much strength can negatively affect your accuracy and lead to burning out and burning up.
I call my work Occupational Tai Chi with a tagline of turning adversity into advantage. When applying the teachings of Tai Chi (what's Tai Chi?) to our everyday lives we uncover areas of excessive strain hindering our ability and, with practice, an effortless grace that enables us to be our best for the long-haul.
The focus is on you as you are the center of your universe, hub of your wheel. What are your strengths? Where are there opportunities for growth? What is the driving force behind your actions?
Knowing yourself helps you know others -- we cannot do it alone -- and the quality of our relationships reflects the quality of our lives. Relationship with self including health, career, and purpose; and relationship with others including family, colleagues, and community.
I will help you find your "sweet spot" and you will accomplish amazing things in a sustainable and joyful manner.
If you answer yes to the following questions, I'd love to be your coach!

Here's how we can work together:
I offer single sessions, as well as weekly or monthly programs. My introductory or single session is a 2-hour engagement where we spend time assessing the situation and developing an action plan. My weekly and monthly programs offer the added benefit of continual assessment and accountability on actionable items.
We can meet in-person if you're in the San Francisco Bay Area, or online as well as over the phone.
